Just got the deeds back for my house.
Love the convenants on the land dating from 1919. Seems I cant run a brick factory on my property – I can live with that. Most amusing covenant is:
“The said land should not nor should any building theron without the written consent of the vendor be used at any time for the purpose of a hospital home for consumptives or asylum for lunatics or idiots”
Heck of a bang on the French doors the other day.
Went to see what the noise was and saw this imprint of a wood pigeon on the window.
Not the first time so I’m going to set a webcam up so I can capture future action.
Pigeon survived this time.
